Sligo Comedy Night returns to McLynns bar on Wed the 14th June at 8pm.

The show this time around has a mixture of standup comedy and Improvised messing to pass your evening with.

June is pride month, and the first act this time around will be a special guest to mark the celebrations.

Heidi Stemp is Sligo’s queen of one liners, and flys her LGBTQ+ flag high.

She will be kicking off the show -expect well crafted punchlines, adult content, and some of the best local reference jokes you’re ever likely to hear.

Also taking to the mic will be Peter ‘frenchtoast’ Cassidy from Three Bucks Left. Peter will be known to most for his role in the RTE and Netflix series ‘The Hardy Bucks’, but he is also a talented standup comedian. Expect wild Mayo messing.

The MC for the night will be New York and Sligo’s Jay Starliper -Jay is a master of observational and improvised comedy, so expect plenty of both.

There will be one other standup set, from Brian Sexton -expect surreal Sligo Sci-Fi based shenanigans (see all around this site).
